Ray Farrow

Ray Farrow joined MIKEL in 2007 after an extensive career with the federal government and the defense industry.  Ray is the contracts manager at MIKEL with responsibility including proposal submission, subcontract and contract negotiation, contract administration and purchasing.

After receiving a BSBA from Stonehill College, Ray worked as a lead auditor with both DCAA and GAO.  The last portion of his federal career was with the Navy.  He served with the Navy Regional Contracting Office in Newport, RI as a small business specialist, contract negotiator and procurring contracting officer.  Ray completed his government career as the deputy director of contracts for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command at Davisville, RI.

Upon retiring from the federal government, Ray worked as a contracts manager for Northrop Grumman  in Middletown, RI.
