Standardized Metrics Assessment of Readiness and Training (SMART)
MIKEL’s SMART is the US Navy Submarine Force’s primary assessment tool for use in its shore based tactical trainers. The SMART concept and technology builds on the successful deployment of the Tactical Readiness Evaluation Debrief System (TREDS).
