Kelly Mendell

President -Kelly Mendell came to MIKEL with over 10 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing and design, most significantly at Gillette in Boston, MA where she was responsible for manufacturing one of Gillette’s premier products, the MACH3 razor. After working at Raytheon as a program manager, she joined MIKEL as the Managing Director – the company’s second employee, back in 2003. Since then, Ms. Mendell has moved up in the organization to where she now holds the title of President, responsible for maintaining the company’s vision to provide challenging technical jobs for her employees in all areas. Growing the company at a pace compatible with the fluctuations in the DoD marketplace and expanding into the commercial section is her goal. She holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from UMASS-Amherst and an MBA from Babson College.
