Thomas Casey

Chief Engineer – Thomas Casey is currently the chief Engineer for MIKEL Inc. currently leading two development programs; Hybrid Undersea Navigation System and the Improved Submarine Training Minefield. He has over 30 years experience in all aspects of Undersea Tracking Range Development including the design, development and modernization of the U.S. Navies primary undersea T&E and Training facilities at AUTEC, PMRF, AFWTF, and SCORE. He has served as the U.S. Navy Technical Project Officer for the Undersea Ranges Data Exchange Agreements with Norway, Sweden, France, Australia, Korea, and Japan and served as the NAVSEA Technical Warrant Holder for Undersea Ranges. Mr. Casey also served as the Science Advisor to the Commander, Submarine Forces Pacific. He earned BSEE and MSEE degrees from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
