Quality Assurance

While our company has been in existence for over 5 years, MIKEL’s employees have in-depth experience with the Navy and its values and requirements. MIKEL has put several quality procedures in place to ensure that we meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. From the technical perspective, a Customer Advocate will monitor the progress of project tasks on a day-to-day basis to ensure that they are progressing along a path that will lead to accomplishment of the task objectives. The customer advocate who will be the single point of contact between MIKEL and the VIRTUAL SYSCOM, will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate MIKEL personnel and consultants for task execution under the leadership of the Functional Lead as well as defining training requirements to ensure that MIKEL personnel continue to be able to provide optimal support services in a changing environment. Technical quality assurance is based, in part, on the principle that the work of individuals must be periodically reviewed and verified by others with similar or more extensive qualifications. Senior level engineers will be responsible for the work of their junior colleagues. MIKEL INC has extensive experience in providing RDT&E support services as well as producing a wide variety of products and publications that fully conform to Navy requirements and standards. In addition, multiple financial quality controls have been put into place to ensure that accurate, up-to-date information is being communicated in the form of monthly contract funds status reports and invoices. Our accounting firm of PattenStephens, in Las Vegas, NV, maintains all accounting records and ensures that all information and reporting from our home office is consistent, current and accurate.
