Sr. Billing Analyst/Manager

  • Subcontractor Invoice processing
  • Monthly contract billings (CPFF, FFP, etc.)
  • Generate monthly eCraft reports in accordance with the billings
  • Yearly Rate Adjustment invoice billings
  • Final voucher billings for closed contracts
  • Process Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoices
  • Other Direct Costs (ODC) verification
  • Update and manage billing policies and procedures
  • Labor Category Setup in accordance with contract
  • Fee verification and setup in accordance with contract
  • Contract, Vendor, Charge number and employee workforce setup
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Update and Manage funding and ceiling modifications in Deltek Costpoint

Requirements: Organized, process orientated, flexible, dependable, intelligent, detail-oriented, energetic self-starter with strong communication and organizational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Any experience in the following areas is strongly preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience required; experience with budgeting/cost analysis in a Government environment preferred.
  • Department of Defense Contract accounting and costing; autonomous billing experience with the Government preferred
  • Deltek Costpoint knowledge desirable; especially Project Billing and Revenue
  • 2-3 years of management and/or departmental supervisory experience required
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail; effective at organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs
  • Experience with budget, accounting applications and cost analysis in a Government environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes within the organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group
